Is it worth getting a conveyor toaster for my growing breakfast business?

That depends on how much the business is likely to grow - you can get pop-up toasters with as many as 12 slots. Conveyor toasters come in various widths, with single-slice belts, double, treble or even wider for really high toast production, and they can be seriously fast - as many as 400 slices per hour for a single-belt conveyor.

Features to look for are adjustable belt speed and heat setting, the facility to toast bread, buns or muffins, if needed, and a toast rack on top of the unit for holding the warm toast.
