HIT Scotland call for entries

Nominations for the Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland Industry Award are now open.

The award, supported by Caterer in association with supplier Brakes, seek to recognise those within Scottish hospitality that set high standards, make a unique contribution and demonstrate exceptional commitment.

Previous winners include Avril Robertson, Malmaison founder Ken McCulloch, Peter Taylor, Tony Jackson, Stewart Cameron and James Thomson.

The award ceremony will take place at the HIT Scotland Industry Dinner on 1 May at the Hilton Glasgow Hotel.

Deadline for entries is Friday 11 April and more details are available at www.hitscotland.org
