The Grease Goblin handypack is a dissolvable sachet that contains  billions of grease-guzzling bacteria and enzymes for use with grease  traps or as a stand-alone biological drain cleaner.

Caterers simply add  warm water, leave the mix to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, and then pour  it down the drain. Regular treatment will create a living culture in  the drain line that will prevent blockages and minimise odours. 

Supplier Watling Hope Direct recommends using one handypack a week in  establishments producing up to 250 meals a day, rising to two a week  for 250-500 meals and three a week for 500-plus meals.

The handypacks  are sold in three quantities containing one, three or six months'  supply (equivalent to four, 12 or 25 handypacks).
