The Expert range of unstirred water baths from Grant was unveiled by  Magrini division CTC at Hotelympia alongside thermal circulators from  PolyScience and Roner.

The Expert line uses innovative insulation to  achieve temperature stability of within 0.2°C across a cooking  temperature range of 599°C.

Each has a stainless-steel lid, tank and  outer case and a three-digit LED readout of the set temperature, and  come in 12-litre or 26-litre sizes, with other capacities available on  request.

The range includes the economically priced Refresh baths,  which are stable to within 1°C and sold with a basic 12-litre capacity,  although five-litre and 26-litre versions can be requested.
