NewsRevpar soars by 32% at London hotels(11 April 2008 11:18)London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 32.21% in the week ending 6 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar climbed to £99.86, up from £75.54 during the equivalent week of 2007. Occupancy grew by 3.56 percentage points to 74.47% while average room rate soared by 25.88% to £134.10 compared with £106.53 in the corresponding week of 2007.
