Glynn Purnell and Nathan Outlaw to take stage at Chef Conference

Two of the UK's brightest young chefs based will be taking to the stage for in a culinary double-act at the Caterer and Hotelkeeper Chef Conference.

Glynn Purnell (Purnell's, Birmingham), one of the stars of this year's Great British Menu on BBC2, and Nathan Outlaw (Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, Marina Hotel, Fowey), tipped as a possible two-Michelin star holder of the future, will share the limelight in a culinary masterclass.

They join a star-studded line-up at the conference which also boasts culinary demonstrations from Denmark's Rene Redzepi (Noma, Copenhagen) and Catey Chef Award winner, David Everitt-Matthias (Le Champignon Sauvage, Cheltenham).

There are also interviews with Marco Pierre White, Angela Hartnett and Claire Clark and a keynote speech from Arthur Potts Dawson, the "green king" of London's Acorn House.

The Chef Conference takes place on 12 May at the InterContinental Park Lane hotel, London.
