This is boulangerie-pâtisserie chain Apostrophe's 12th London outlet and its first airport site ahead of a second at Gatwick, launching next month. Specialising in sandwiches made with its own-baked breads, it offers eat-in and takeaway options alongside pastries and speciality coffees.
