The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 20 April, 2008

London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) dip by 4.31% in the week ending 20 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar fell to £110.94, down from £115.94 during the equivalent week of 2007.

Occupancy dropped by 6.93 percentage points to 80.10% but average room rate increased by 3.97% to £138.51 compared with £133.22 in the corresponding week of 2007.
