Latest NewsRevpar grows by 21% at London hotels(09 May 2008 14:47)London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 20.49% in the week ending 4 May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar increased to £114.62, up from £95.13 during the equivalent week of 2007. Occupancy rose by 9.68 percentage points to 85.75% and average room rate advanced by 6.89% to £133.67 compared with £125.05 in the corresponding week of 2007.
