The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) is seeking to award a contract for the provision of a Catering Consultancy Service. This service will include, but not be limited to: Catering Audits; Financial Analysis (open book accounting, cost modelling and tariffs) and Sustainability.

A high quality catering consultant is required to provide Facilities Management (FM) with effective and independent specialist catering advice to assist them with the management of the Scottish Parliament’s catering provider. You must also be an experienced and proven supplier of these services.
