The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 11 May, 2008
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 6.13% in the week ending 11 May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £101.85, up from £95.97 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy rose by 0.48 percentage points to 75.77% and average room rate advanced by 5.46% to £134.42 compared with £127.46 in the corresponding week of 2007.
