Vote for your Silver Catey winner

The good and the great: who has done the most for the hospitality industry?

Caterer and Hotelkeeper today reveals the shortlist for its special Silver Catey.

Albert and Michel Roux, Gordon Ramsay, Sir Rocco Forte, Marco Pierre White and Sir Terence Conran have been chosen by the users of Caterersearch.com as the shortlisted candidates for the Silver Catey, created to mark the 25th anniversary of the Cateys this year.

The one-off award will recognise the individual or partnership that has done most to drive forward the UK hospitality industry in the past quarter-century. The winner will be presented with the award at the gala awards dinner at the Grosvenor House hotel on London's Park Lane on 8 July.

Since their inception in 1984 the Cateys have cast a spotlight on the industry's highest flyers, strongest performers and hottest brands. Over a quarter of a century they have become a byword for quality, class and achievement - the awards that everybody wants to win.

But who from our shortlist of industry icons is going to win this unique award, specially commissioned for our 25th birthday bash? We need you to decide who has had the greatest impact and influence on UK hospitality in the past 25 years.

Everyone who votes in the Silver Catey category will be automatically entered in a draw to win a pair of tickets to join us at the Cateys on 8 July at the Grosvenor House.

The deadline is midnight Friday 6 June.
