A Mediterranean-Style Cous Cous combines couscous, tomato, onion and black olives seasoned with salt, pepper and Mediterranean herbs, while a Moroccan-Style Cous Cous is made with red and green peppers, apricots, sultanas, candied orange peel, Moroccan spices, ground coriander cumin and turmeric.
