Fresh and Smart is a range of mobile front cooking stations from Salvis that allows caterers to cook theatre-style in front of their customers - even by their tables - without misting them in smelly steam.

The station enables almost odour-free baking, boiling, frying and wok cooking without an extractor hood, thanks to a suction system fitted above that directs smells and steam down through ventilation slots into a filter that eliminates up to 92% of odours.

There are three interchangeable variants that can be equipped with any of the 13 Smartline appliances, including bains-marie, griddle plates, gas units, pasta cookers, induction zones, deep-fryers, Ceran surfaces and induction woks.

The cooking stations are available in a range of colours and decor, with optional glass tops and lights.
