Expressions of interest for the provision of onsite catering services and retail facilities for staff and visitors at the Leeds General Infirmary

A seven-year contract subject to a formal review and landlord break after 44 months

Companies are invited to express their interest in providing a high quality, cost effective, innovative and healthy on site catering service to staff and visitors and retail trade services for food, beverage and convenience items at the Leeds General Infirmary.

The Leeds General Infirmary is a large acute hospital with over 5,000 employees on site. The hospital has 1500 beds and is the location for trauma services for the city.

Commercial terms are to be agreed. The contract is scheduled to commence on 1st October 2008 for a period of seven years and subject to a landlord break after 44 months.

Applications for a pre-tender qualification questionnaire should be requested from Catherine Bange, Supplies Dept, Leeds Teaching Hospitals and should be sent to arrive no later than Noon on Monday the 9th of June 2008 to the Supplies Department, Leeds General Infirmary, Leeds, LS1 3EX.
