The recent addition of a Green Tea variety brings to six the number of flavours in the Spice Rack range of savoury ice-cream from Purbeck Ice Cream.

Marketed as naturally rich in antioxidants and a great accompaniment to fruit, Green Tea joins Cracked Black Pepper, Mixed Spice, Stem Ginger, Lemon Grass and Chilli Red to offer a taste of the exotic.

All Purbeck ice-cream is made on the company's Dorset farm using local fresh milk and thick double cream, the best natural ingredients and no artificial or added colours.

All products are gluten-free, contain no nuts, eggs or GMOs and are suitable for vegetarians.
