In a claimed world first, premium salt producer Halen Môn has packaged its True Taste Award-winning  organic sea salt flakes into a convenient table sachet for use in cafés, gastropubs and posh fish  and chip shops.

The company says it has spent many years finding a firm able to pack its salt  flakes into sachets without compromising the appearance or quality.

The pure-white natural salt,  which is harvested from the Atlantic Ocean around the group's Anglesey base, is now available to  caterers in packs of 250 x 3g sachets.
