STR Global: London weekly hotel performance to 29 June, 2008
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 7.05% in the week ending 29 June, according to figures from hospitality research company STR Global.
Revpar increased to £152.17, up from £142.15 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy declined by 0.47 percentage points to 90.68% but average room rate rose by 7.6% to £167.81 compared with £155.96 in the corresponding week of 2007.
