Michelin-starred Northcote Manor to get £3m makeover

Michelin-starred restaurant and hotel Northcote Manor has been renamed simply as Northcote and is to undergo a £3m makeover.

Co-owners Nigel Haworth and Craig Bancroft have given the green light to the project, which will a complete refurbishment of the Michelin-recognised dining room in Lancashire.

As part of the refurbishment the private dining room will get a new look and its own kitchen and twelve bedrooms will be added to the existing 14 at the property.

Bancroft said: "Once the finishing touches are in place, it will be the culmination of a five-year plan designed to make Northcote one of the UK's leading country retreats."

Northcote at the Rovers, the company that provides corporate hospitality at Ewood Park has, unlike David Bentley, extended its relationship with the club with a new five-year deal.

The company has also launched a new website at www.northcote.com.
