ISS Eaton appoints new UK director of operations

Business and industry caterer ISS Eaton has recruited its first UK director of operations from rival Aramark.

Andrew Chappell, previously group operations director for business dining at Aramark, joins in a year that has seen ISS Eaton land high-profile deals at computer manufacturer Hewlett Packard and mobile phone network provider O2.

ISS Eaton managing director Simon Titchener said: "Having worked as group operations director for business dining and senior operations director for two of the largest contract caterers in the business, we are pleased to welcome Andrew into the team."

"With the changing economic outlook he will undoubtedly be a huge asset in developing our UK operational strategy and taking us to the next level."

ISS Eaton operates within the integrated services division of ISS Facility Services. The company was part of the second wave of caterer to sign up to the FSA's healthy workplace meals initiative.
