The company, which operates most of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's UK pubs and restaurants, was meant to file its accounts at the end of June last year, according to Government body Companies House. Companies House has now threatened with a court case if the papers aren't filed in the next two weeks. A spokesman for the body told the Daily Telegraph: “It's a very serious matter. We are in the latter stages of correspondence, encouraging the company to file accounts in accordance with the legislation. If no satisfactory resolution is achieved this case will proceed to prosecution.” A spokesman for Gordon Ramsay Holdings said: “The accounts are going to be filed in two weeks' time without fail.” Article continues below
