Elawadi has operated the Ayoush restaurant in London’s St James Street since 1999 and plans to expand its North African concept to his new venue. The substantial detached property in Hedsor Road can seat 110 diners inside and another 30 outdoors. Features include a theatre-style kitchen, a 10-seat reception lounge, and four-bedroom owners’ accommodation The vendor, Azmal Ali, acquired the property (formerly the Winelands Seafood and Grill) in September 2007. He now wants to focus on his award-winning Emperor of India restaurant in Maidenhead, which serves North Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. Article continues below
