Tapas restaurant Brindisa offers ‘high calibre cooking'
Charmaine Mok from Time Out London visits tapas restaurant Tierra Brindisa in Soho.
The critic is impressed by the high calibre cooking and top quality ingredients and accepting of the wait to get a table at the moment, but believes the surroundings could be cosier and the service more convivial.
Fay Maschler from the London Evening Standard believes the greeting by staff at Japanese restaurant Tsunami completely misses the point about what a restaurant is.
Maschler notes space inside the restaurant is at a premium but still worth a visit all the same with a reasonably priced menu of "mostly well prepared and presented" dishes.
