Kevin Bacon to leave Frankie & Benny's owner The Restaurant Group

Kevin Bacon, managing director of leisure at Frankie & Benny's owner The Restaurant Group (TRG), is to leave the company.

Bacon, who joined TRG in 1996 as an area manager for Frankie & Benny's, has today stepped down from the board and revealed his intention to leave the restaurant operator to pursue other opportunities.

In a statement the TRG said: "The board would like to thank Kevin for this considerable contribution to The Restaurant Group over the last 12 years and wishes him well for his future project."
