Retail Trust, the national retail charity, is offering the opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to provide catering for its prestigious newly opened Extra care development in salford.

The service being sought involves the serving of daily lunches to retired residents: 24 units in the first phase of the development increasing to 50 units in the second phase, in our newly built restaurant facility. retail Trust is committed to providing a high quality meals service with menus that consist mainly of fresh food and offering a choice to residents.
