Chocolate tarts and banana and toffee mousses have been added to the 3G Select "...because taste matters" desserts portfolio.

The Chocolate Tart (75g) is a sweet, crisp pastry tart filled with a ganache made with rich Belgian chocolate, cream and butter.

The Banana and Toffee Mousse (90g) is made with a crunchy oatmeal biscuit crumb, topped with a banana mousse that has a toffee-filled centre. The dessert is finished with milk chocolate blossoms and toffee pieces.

The 11-strong range is supplied frozen in packs of 12 and are ready to serve once thawed.

3G Foodservice also offers a freezer-to-table presliced range including the Banoffee Pie, Orange and Lemon Cheesecake plus the individual Toffee and Pecan Oatie Cheesecake, which is a toffee cheesecake on a crunchy oat base, finished with rich toffee sauce and pecan nuts.
