Win dinner at the Chef's Table at Hospitality 2009

What better way to take in the Hospitality show than with a couple of hours' break in the middle being wined and dined at the onsite La Parade restaurant?

Even better, you can sit on the exclusive Chef's Table, which will be positioned half in the kitchen and half in the restaurant, so that you can watch as one of the three contract catering teams (Compass, Sodexo, Avenance) prepare and serve you a fantastic three-course meal, plus an amuse bouche.

To whet your appetite, you can check out the full team menus, which can be viewed at www.hospitalityshow.co.uk.

Caterer and FreshRM have a pair of tickets to give away for a three-course lunch at the Chef's Table during Hospitality 2009. Please note that the tickets do not include travel to and from the venue. The recipients must make their own arrangements for travel to the NEC and entry to the show. Any drinks other than water must be paid for by the diners.

To enter the draw, send your name, job title, company name and address, and contact telephone number to: Buy It!/La Parade Offer, Caterer and Hotelkeeper, Quadrant House, The Quadrant, Sutton, Surrey SM2 5AS - to arrive by 9 January 2009.

If you can't wait to find out whether you've been lucky in the draw, you can book a table directly via the website, using the LiveBookings online software, by clicking on the La Parade booking link.
