Peach Pubs appoints first director of operations

Peach Pubs has appointed its first director of operations.

The ten-strong pub group has recruited Paul Cutsforth, who was head of operations for Barracuda in the north of England and Scotland.

Cutsforth was with Barracuda for six years and was involved with the roll-out of new concepts across the estate and adding 40 sites within his region.

Before this he spent 12 years at the Allied Domecq & Spirit Group business where his last position was operations director.

Cutsforth said: "This is an exceptional role in an exceptional company and one that was simply too good to miss."

Peach was set up in 2002 by Lee Cash and Hamish Stoddart. It opened its tenth, and first new-build pub, in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, last November.
