Young Guns finalists revealed
The ten finalists for this year's Young Guns competition, which recognises hospitality students who have excelled in their work placement, have been announced.
Now in their ninth year, the awards offer the two winners the chance to attend the Catering & Hospitality Forum on board cruise ship Arcadia between 17-20 June.
Whilst on board, the winners will receive a thorough mentoring during an intensive two-day immersion into the hospitality industry. They will be chosen by a panel of judges (see below) in London on March 12.
