Free places offered on Disney leadership, service and business skills seminars
Operators have the opportunity to sharpen up their leadership, service and business skills courtesy of an upcoming seminar program from the Disney Institute.
The National Skills Academy is funding free places for the five-day seminar program by the Disney Institute taking place in London this September.
The Disney Institute's professional development program, Disney Keys to Excellence, runs from 14-18 September at the InterContinental hotel, Park Lane and offers a seminar for each day.
Tickets are available for individuals and companies and the program will offer two sessions on leadership, two on quality service and a further session on business excellence.
David McHattie, chief executive of the Academy, said: "The Disney Institute is used by companies to enhance leadership, service and business skills. We are really excited by this outstanding opportunity for the hospitality sector to experience and learn from the world's most respected brands."
Whitbread, McDonalds, JD Wetherspoon, Punch Taverns, Wagamama and Bay Restaurant Group are amongst the companies backing the program.
Register on the National Skills Academy website before the deadline of Monday 10 August.
