Bar group Drake & Morgan to open second site at Park Pavilion
London-based bar group Drake & Morgan is the latest hospitality operator to sign up to the Park Pavilion development in Canary Wharf.
The privately-owned company, which currently operates the Refinery in Southwark, will launch its second London site with the opening of the Parlour in October.
Drake & Morgan is the latest of a string of hospitality operators joining the Canary Wharf Group-owned development. These include a Jamie's Italian; a new Canteen outlet; a sister site to Rainer Becker's Japanese restaurant Roka; and a third outlet for Mexican restaurant group Wahaca.
The Parlour, which will open in October, will be a 650-cover ground floor site comprising a main dining room, cocktail lounge, wine room and private events room as well as a 68-seat outdoor terrace.
It will serve an all-day menu of modern British food, next to an extensive drinks list including wines and cocktails.
Jillian MacLean, managing director, Drake & Morgan, said: "It's fantastic that we can bring the Parlour to Canary Wharf, which is a vibrant and cosmopolitan area for professionals and locals alike."
