Michelin-starred restaurant Mr Underhill's at Dinham Weir up for sale
Chris and Judy Bradley, proprietors of Mr Underhill's at Dinham Weir in Ludlow, Shropshire, have put the Michelin-starred restaurant up for sale.
The pair, who have run the restaurant with rooms for nearly three decades, first in Suffolk, then in Ludlow, have decided to sell up to retire.
"After running a successful restaurant for 29 years, we've decided it's time to take life a bit easier," chef proprietor Chris Bradley told Caterersearch.
"Now is as good a time as any to sell and we're hoping someone will come along and take it over."
Mr Underhill's at Dinham Weir, which serves a modern British menu and has held a Michelin star for 11 consecutive years, is a 36-cover restaurant with four individually designed bedrooms and two luxury suites.
Property agent Strutt & Parker have been appointed to handle the sale. The property will be sold free from the Mr Underhill's branding, which the Bradley's said will allow for a new owner to relaunch without any association to the current restaurant.
