The Banquetline 70 one-door hot holding mobile banqueting cart has been added to the Victor Manufacturing range of British-made products.
Sharing the same footprint as Victor’s BL50 models (855 x 790mm) the stainless steel BL70H1 is much taller at 1590mm, giving it almost 50% more capacity.
This model is designed to enable GN1/1 size containers to fit on the shelf brackets eliminating the need for additional shelves.
Capacity is 32 GN1/1 x 65mm deep gastronorm containers or 80 x 10Ó plated meals.
The unit includes as standard four x 150mm heavy duty swivel castors, two braked; top mounted digital temperature control, adjustable between 65°C and 95°C; four shelves and supports; integral water reservoir to cabinet base; two robust push-pull bars; and a curly cable with plug park.
