Video: Adande Advanced Refrigeration

Adande Refrigeration delivers around a 40% energy saving compared to conventional fridge and freezer applications.

With conventional refrigeration, the cold air falls out each time the door or drawer is opened. Food is exposed to ambient air attack and energy is wasted. In busy kitchens, fridges will need frequent opening during service, wasting energy and almost certainly causing the temperature to rise above limits.

Adande's unique insulated drawers retain cold air on opening: the cold air simply has nowhere to go. The unmatched temperature stability means longer food life and better food quality (as the temperature before cooking is consistent). Each drawer can be individually set between -22ºC and +15ºC to suit specific storage requirements, meat, fish, vegetables, ice cream etc.

The advanced technology delivers significant improvements in food production, operations, and ergonomics. Adande enables chefs to serve better food more efficiently, and achieve greater energy savings to improve bottom line profit margin.
