Elior division wins Hospitality Assured status

Avenance City & Corporate, a UK division of contract caterer Elior, has been awarded Hospitality Assured accreditation by the Institute of Hospitality.

Hospitality Assured is the service sector standard that provides the framework for businesses to create a service culture that benefits customers and supports business sustainability.

In order to achieve accreditation, businesses are measured on ten key aspects including business planning and strategy, training and development of employees, and delivery of service.

Avenance City & Corporate has won the accreditation for the second year running.

Managing director Chris Sprague said the win was a fantastic achievement.

"Every day, the Avenance restaurant staff and kitchen teams work hard to produce great food and provide the incredible service our customers rightly demand," he said.
