Zetter hotel denies reports that it plans to open Bruno Loubet restaurant
The Zetter hotel in East London has denied reports that former Michelin-starred chef Bruno Loubet is set to open a restaurant within the property.
Natalie Raw, marketing manager of the 59-bedroom hotel in Clerkenwell, told Caterersearch there was no truth to the story which appeared in The Times earlier this week.
"I have no idea where this story has come from," she said.
Bruno Loubet made his name during the 1990s working for Raymond Blanc
The Zetter restaurant currently offers a modern Mediterranean style menu.
The Zetter recently appointed Jason Catifeoglou as its new general manager ahead of the company's expansion project in Clerkenwell, which will see the opening of a new venue in two Georgian townhouses on St John's Square at the end of 2010.
