After proving a hit with consumers in the retail sector, Peppadew Whole Sweet Piquanté Peppers have now been launched in food service packs.

The peppers from South Africa yield a sweet, yet spicy flavour - described as a "sweet heat" - that will not alienate customers who are normally averse to spicy dishes, while the unique harvesting method retains the peppers' crisp, firm texture.

The food service pack comprises 3 x 200g Cryovac bags of whole peppers, which are free of preservatives and artificial colours and have a 24-month shelf life. They can be used whole and stuffed with cream cheese as canapés or amuse-bouches, or halved, quartered, diced or chopped to add to stir-fries, kebabs, pizzas, salads and pasta meals.
