Ian Fletcher becomes GM of Guoman's central London Tower hotel

Guoman Hotels has appointed Ian Fletcher as general manager at the Tower hotel in central London.
Fletcher, who joins from his role as hotel manager at Guoman's the Cumberland, has more than 13 years' hospitality experience, including stints as director of operations at Hilton Birmingham and resident manager at the Bath Spa hotel.
The appointment comes after Guoman invested £900,000 refurbishing the fourth and fifth floor executive suites at the hotel, which is located next to Tower Bridge.
