Interiors at Brasserie Vacherin Malcolm John will include wooden floors and leather banquette seating as well as a bar and crustacean counter. John told Caterersearch he chose Sutton for his fourth restaurant because there was a lack of good restaurants in the area. “I like to open restaurants in neighbourhoods that are under-served in terms of good restaurants,” he said. “The site is in a good position on the high street and I am confident that I will attract diners not just from Sutton but also the surrounding areas in Surrey.” Malcolm John to open new restaurant in former Smollensky's Metro, Croydon >> Malcolm John's Fish & Grill hooks critical acclaim >>
