The appointment of
Phil Jones as head of operations at independent catering software specialist Fretwell-Downing Hospitality marks a period of strong expansion for the company.
Jones rejoins Fretwell-Downing from the Tribal Group, having previously worked for the group's FD-Learning Company until it was sold to Tribal eight years ago. In his new role, he will be responsible for all post-sales services and project delivery functions.
