Top chefs join forces to cook at fundraiser for Haiti earthquake victims

Five top chefs are to join forces to cook for a special fundraising dinner in London to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake.

Chris Galvin of Galvin restaurants, John Burton Race, Atul Kochar of Benares, Herbert Berger of 1 Lombard Street and Vickram Purewal of Le Bouchon Breton will work side-by-side to prepare a five-course feast matched with wines at Le Bouchon Breton.

The event is organised by Foodpedia writer Sabrina Ghayour and will take place on Monday 8 February between 6.30pm and 10pm and cost £175 per head including food, wine and soft drinks. All proceeds are being donated to Action Against Hunger (www.aahuk.org).
