Stephen Fish becomes general manager at the Palm in London

The Palm in London, part of the American steakhouse chain Palm Restaurants, has hired Stephen Fish as its general manager.
Fish, who is originally from Chicago, has more than 30 years' experience in restaurant management.
He most recently worked as operations director at Tyfoon Restaurants, where he oversaw the daily operation of the Big Easy, Clos Maggiore and the Italian Kitchen.
The Palm opened in May 2009 on the former site of Drones in Belgravia.
