Enterprise Inns seeks £12.6m from auction of eight London pubs
Enterprise Inns is hoping to raise £12.6m through the auction of the freeholds on eight pubs in central London.
The pubs are to be leased back to Enterprise Inns for a 35-year lease, with the option for the company to break at 25 years with six months' notice.
Cushman & Wakefield advertised the auction of the pubs in its latest catalogue.The auction is set to take place on 10 March.
The pubs are:
Halfway House, 24 Priests Bridge, Barnes
Rent: £85,000 per annum
Guide price: £1/£1.1 million
The Three Kings, 7 Clerkenwell Close
Rent: £115,000 per annum
Guide price: £1.45/£1.55 million
The Hope
15 Tottenham Street, Bloomsbury
Rent: £120,000 per annum
Guide price: £1.55/£1.65 million
The Sun, 21 Drury Lane, Covent Garden
Rent: £115,000 per annum
Guide price: £1.6/£1.7 million
Molly Moggs, 2 and 4 Old Compton Street, Soho
Rent: £105,000 per annum
Guide price: £1.425/£1.525 million
The Princess of Shoreditch, 76/78 Paul Street and 1A Willow Street
Rent: £105,000 per annum
Guide price: £1.35/£1.45 million
So-Bar, 515 and 517 to 523 (odd numbers) Fulham Road, Fulham
Rent: £150,000 per annum
Guide price: £1.9/£2 million
Ealing Park Tavern, 222 South Ealing Road
Rent £125,000 per annum
