Nick Potter appointed as managing director of Restaurant Associates

Compass Group has announced the appointment of Nick Potter to the role of managing director of its business and industry arm Restaurant Associates. 

Potter will report to business and industry sector managing director Jason Leek when he takes up his new position in April. 

Leek said: “The success of both Restaurant Associates and Eurest Services is built around strong leadership teams. Nick is an exciting addition who I believe will bring innovation, energy, creativity and a dynamic outlook to the business; we are very pleased to have him on board.”  

Potter joins from Gala Coral, an international leisure organisation, where he held various roles including divisional managing director. Prior to this, Nick held senior leadership positions with Eldridge Pope and Allied Domecq.  

Potter said: “Joining Restaurant Associates is the perfect next step in my career. I believe my experience within the industry will enable me to develop further Restaurant Associates’ bespoke offer and develop it as a highly regarded brand.”
