Enlarged Restaurants at Work changes name to Bright Futures
Restaurants At Work is to merge with its recent acquisition, Jill Bartlett & Company, and change its name to Bright Futures.
The new firm, which has a total of 270 employees, takes its name from owner the Bright Futures Group (BFG) and follows BFG's buy out of London-based Jill Bartlett & Company in a deal worth around £700,000 in November last year.
Restaurants at Work was established in 1995 and bought by a management team including Tjalke Boersma, a founder of Wilson Storey Halliday, in 2005.
Boersma said: "Following the acquisition of Jill Bartlett & Company last year we carried out an extensive review of our business and I'm delighted to announce the integration of the two companies to create bright futures."
Meanwhile, Stephen Pilkington has been appointed managing director of the combined business.
Bright Futures has 32 clients across the UK including Hewitt Associates, Dairy Crest and Veoila Environmental Services.
