Jamie Oliver scrapes into Sunday Times Rich List with £65m fortune

Jamie Oliver's personal fortune has grown from an estimated £40m a year ago to £65m.

The chef and restaurateur just squeaked into the Sunday Times' Rich List, which attempts to calculate the fortunes of the 1,000 richest people in the UK, at 967th position.

But it was hoteliers like Sir Rocco Forte and family (£285m) and Radisson Edwardian Hotels founder Jasminder Singh (£330m) who dominated the standings in the hospitality sector.

The Sunday Times Rich List 2010 includes:
