Graham Campbell joins the Lake of Menteith hotel as head chef

Graham Campbell, one of the youngest chefs in Scotland to gain a Michelin star, has joined the Lake of Menteith hotel in Perthshire as head chef. Oban-born Campbell (27) was working at Duisdale House on the Isle of Skye, and prior to that he was joint head chef of the Ballachulish hotel, alongside Ross Sutherland, where he gained his Michelin star in 2008.

Ian Fleming, owner of the Lake of Menteith hotel, said: "We are delighted to welcome a chef with Graham's reputation to the Lake. His passion, drive and talent will take our food offering to new dimensions."
