Faucet Inn buys 20th pub
Pub firm Faucet Inn has bought a Battersea pub for an undisclosed sum, taking its estate to 20.
Leisure property agent Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL) helped the firm buy the freehold for the Prince of Wales gastropub on Battersea Bridge Road.
Faucet Inn operates 15 pubs in London and a further four outside of the capital, including Southampton and Kent.
Director of pubs at DCL Paul Tallentyre, who handled the acquisition for Faucet Inn, said: "We are increasingly executing off-market acquisition strategies for our clients to enable them to get into their desired locations as available properties on the market have dried up. The Prince of Wales is a great addition to Faucet Inn's current portfolio and will enable them to strengthen their south-west London presence."
