Just Opened – Castle Terrace, Edinburgh
Michelin-starred chef Tom Kitchin has opened a second restaurant in the Scottish capital, which is being overseen by chef-patron Dominic Jack. The menu will mirror Kitchin's culinary ethos of using seasonal Scottish ingredients.
