The 42-bedroom Four Seasons Hotel in Marylebone, London, has been put on the market for £9m.

Situated on the edge of Regent's Park, the recently refurbished boutique hotel is located within three mid-terraced, early 19th century, Grade II-listed properties on two sites in Gloucester Place.

One, on the west side of the street, comprises 15 bedrooms, a 34-cover breakfast room and reception, while the other 27 bedrooms and conservatory are situated diagonally opposite the main hotel building.

"The Four Seasons' recent refurbishment and superb location make it particularly attractive," said David Creamore, director at Christie + Co, the company marketing the property. "Therefore we expect it to generate a significant level of interest."
